Every caterer is unique in their selection, in their prices, and in their services provided. Before you decide on a particular caterer, talk to the wedding hostess. She can provide you with insight into the issues that are important to you and your wedding.

Choose your caterer early. Most caterers will not double book a weekend. If you are not the first couple to call, you will not be able to use the caterer of your choice without changing your date.

The caterer is free to use the social hall’s kitchen and equipment if you are using the social hall for your reception/rehearsal dinner. Before going to speak to your caterer, decide on your budget for each meal.

Budgeted amount

Rehearsal Dinner     $

Reception                 $

Some questions that you may want to ask the caterer are:

1) Are you available for the wedding date?
2) Will you deliver to the church?
3) Will you clean up after yourself?
4) Will you serve the meal?
5) Do you guarantee satisfaction?
