What We Are Looking For In A Second Pastor

 

A list of expectations for this position has been generated by the call committee.

1. Develop and implement fellowship programming; especially focusing on the newest members.

2. Expand and implement adult educational opportunities.

3. Expand youth ministries; especially focusing on 7th through 12th grade.

4. Expand young adult ministries.

5. Participate in and expand music ministries.

6. Share preaching duties, administering of the sacraments, and all other pastoral duties.

7. Expand and implement evangelism programming.

 

We have a small, newly remodeled home, in Easton that needs to be part of the salary package (at least at first), so our new pastor needs to fit into a 2 bedroom home.
